The Lions and Cowboys face off in an important NFC battle. Week 8 picks.

The Cowboys are in position to win the NFC East and make the playoffs.  Dallas needs to take a step forward this season and it starts with actually making the playoffs.

The Lions are still trying to establish themselves as a legitimate team in the NFC.  They have the QB and a better than average running game.  The offensive line has been a pleasant surprise with three new starters.  They have some serviceable TE's, but their WR continue to be an issue.  They have the greatest WR in the game in CJ, but outside of that this is a weak group.  They need some of these younger wide receivers to continue to make plays if they want to make the playoffs.

The Lions defense is still a work in progress.  The front 7 is solid with one of the best defensive lines in the game.

We had a rough week at 9-6, but we're still strong at 77-30 and still in first against the ESPN EXPERTS.  We had Carolina over Tampa so the week started off well.

Here are this weeks picks.

Carolina over Tampa
San Francisco over Jacksonville (Soon to be LA or London)
Eagles over Giants
Saints over Bills
New England over Miami
KC over Cleveland
Detroit over Dallas
Oakland over Pittsburgh
Cincinnati over Jets
Arizona over Atlanta
Denver over Washington
Green Bay over Minnesota
Seattle over St Louis

Good Luck!
