The Raiders are not in the market for a QB now, so how to they improve their roster? Mock Draft 2.0

The Raiders landed their QB of the future, now they can improve their roster with their top pick.

1 Chiefs - OT Luke Joeckel, Texas A&M
After cutting RT Eric Winston, the Chiefs add Joeckel, the best tackle in this draft will will protect Alex Smith for years to come.

2 Jaguars - OT Eric Fisher, Central Michigan
Not far behind Joeckel, and with higher potential is Eric Fisher, who will also be a top OT for a decade in JAX.

3 Raiders - DT Sharrif Floyd, Florida
The Raiders need to shore up their defensive line, and get lucky here that Floyd falls to them. Perfect fit.

4 Eagles - CB Dee Milliner, Alabama
The Eagles signed two corners in free agency, but adding Milliner gives the Eagles a young talented secondary, and the ability to not have to spend numerous picks on guys this draft.

5 Lions - DE/OLB Dion Jordan, Oregon
With Suh and Fairley, the interior defensive line is set for the Lions for a decade, but with adding Jordan, this could be one of the best d-lines in the game.

6 Browns - DE/OLB Barkevious Mingo, LSU
Even after signing Paul Kruger and Quentin Groves, Ray Horton needs a supreme pass rusher, and gets a potential one in athletic freak Mingo.

7 Cardinals - OG Chance Warmack, Alabama
It is unusual to see a guard taken this early, but it is getting to the point now where it does not matter. Warmack is that good, and will help Bruce Arians build around a growing offensive line.

8 Bills - QB Geno Smith, West Virginia
The Bills finally get their QB, but if he succeeds in the NFL is the question.

9 Jets - DE/OLB Ezekiel Ansah, BYU
The Jets have tons of needs, but pass rusher is a glaring one, and they add a potential 15 sack a year guy in Ansah, who is drawing similarities to Jason Pierre-Paul.

10 Titans - DT Sheldon Richardson, Missouri
The Titans shore up their interior line here with my favorite player in the draft in Sheldon Richardson.

11 Chargers - OT Lane Johnson, Oklahoma
The Chargers need a tackle, bad. The best one available at 11 is Lane Johnson.

12 Dolphins - CB Xavier Rhodes, Florida St
After a great free agency period, the Dolphins still need a corner, and Rhodes is a very good one.

13 Bucs - DT Star Lotulelei, Utah
Even after taking defense in the last few drafts, the Bucs still need a good interior linemen. They get a solid player in Lotulelei.

14 Panthers - OG Johnathan Cooper, UNC
The Panthers would like to maximize the talent they have, and to do that, they need to run the ball behind Cooper, who some scouts say is better than Warmack.

15 Saints - S Kenny Vaccaro, Texas
The Saints set records for futility in the secondary last year, and the best safety in the draft is a good move in the right direction.

16 Rams - WR Cordarrelle Patterson, Tennessee
Jeff Fisher needs a playmaker for Sam Bradford to throw to, and adding Patterson to Chris Givens and Brian Quick will be good for the Rams, who may be sleepers this year.

17 Steelers - RB Eddie Lacy, Alabama
After cutting RB Rashard Mendenhall, the Steelers need a guy who carries the load and fits the Steelers mold. Eddie Lacy will be a star in this league, and it makes too much sense for him not to go to Pittsburgh.

18 Cowboys - OT/OG Justin Pugh, Syracuse
The Cowboys need a guard, and Pugh can play 4 postions on the offensive line, good fit here.

19 Giants - DE/OLB Jarvis Jones, Georgia
Another top 10 talent with injury concerns is Jarvis Jones. The Giants need to get younger on the defensive line, and Jones is the best pick here.

20 Bears - ILB Alec Ogletree, Georgia
It is certain the Bears will not bring back Urlacher, so they need his replacement. Ogletree is the best ILB in this draft, and will fill in admirably for Urlacher.

21 Bengals - S Matt Elam
The Bengals may reach for a safety here, but they need a hitting presence. Elam is the best at his craft in this year's draft.

22 Rams - S Eric Reid, LSU
The Rams need a presence in the secondary, and Eric Reid fits the bill here.

23 Vikings - WR Tavon Austin, WVU
The easiest choice in the draft for any team is the Vikings and a WR. Austin is a playmaker, and will fill Percy Harvin's versatile role in Minnesota.

24 Colts - DE Tank Carradine
A lot of buzz is being thrown around about Florida States Bjoern Werner, but I am not that impressed. The other DE for the same team impressed me nearly every snap. Carradine would be a top 15 pick if he were healthy, and if the Colts doctors clear him, a perfect replacement for Dwight Freeney.

25 Vikings - DT Johnathan Hankins, OSU
The Vikings had two glaring needs, and two first round picks. They fill both of them with Hankins here in addition to Austin at 23.

26 Packers - OT D.J. Fluker, Alabama
The Packers need a big RT to seal the edge on running plays and protect Rodgers on the roll out. Fluker is a perfect fit here.

27 Texans - WR Keenan Allen, California
The Texans other receivers are DeVier Posey and Lester Jean. Houston adds another big receiver in Allen, who is slowly falling down draft boards.

28 Broncos - TE Zach Ertz, Stanford
The Broncos really do not have a glaring need, and the best player on the board is Ertz, who is a vertical threat for Peyton Manning, who has the best weapons in the NFL at his disposal.

29 Patriots - CB Desmond Trufant, Washington
The Pats need another CB, as it seems every year. Trufant is a safe pick, and is ready for the NFL. Good selection here.

30 Falcons - TE Tyler Eifert, Notre Dame
Even though Tony Gonzalez is coming back this year, this is his last. Eifert will learn from the best then burst onto the scene next year.

31 49ers - DT John Jenkins, Georgia
The 49ers lost Isaac Sopoaga and Ricky Jean-Francois, but add the best nose tackle in the draft, and will anchor the Niners defense for years to come. Great selection by the 49ers.

32 Ravens - ILB Kevin Minter, LSU
The Ravens need a middle linebacker. Sounds odd doesn't it? The truth is they need to rebuild their defense, and Minter is a good cornerstone to start with.
