Where are the Eagles headed the rest of the season? A look at their remaining schedule and the NFC East

The Eagles are an interesting team to follow.  They have enough talent on offense to be very successful, but they are weak on defense.  The biggest criticism I have of the Eagles offense is that they need to call plays that help out their strengths.  I do not understand how McCoy doesn't get 30 carries a game.  That would allow Vick to set-up play action and cut up defenses.

Here's a look at their remaining schedule, predictions and a look at their division.

Atlanta - The Falcons enter this game as the last undefeated team in the NFL.  Andy Reid is perfect coming off a bye week.  Something has to give.  I think the Eagles are sick of hearing everyone write them off and that Vick is terrible.  I expect the Eagles to give Matt Ryan his first loss of the season.

@ New Orleans - The Saints are a mess this season, especially on defense.  Vick and company continue to get things straight on offense and beat Drew Brees.

Dallas - The Cowboys have talent, they just struggle to put it all together.  Andy Reid and company win this division game at home.

@ Washington - RG3 is exciting to watch and he keeps the Redskins in every game.  The problem is, they're losing more than they're winning.  The Eagles continue that trend and win this game.

Carolina - Cam Newton is one of the biggest disappointments this season.  Eagles win this game at home.

@ Dallas - Since this game is in Dallas I'll give Romo the edge and the win.

@ Tampa - The Bucs are coming together but they don't have enough for the Eagles.  Vick wins this one.

Cincinnati - The Bengals are a great young team.  If this game was in Cinci I'd have a hard time picking against Cinci.  But it's in Phili, Eagles win.

Washington - RG3 travels to Phili for an education what a hostel can do to a QB.  Eagles win at home.

@ Giants - This should be a game that will decide the NFC East.  I think the Eagles will be playing well at this point in the season but I give this one to New York at home.

The Eagles were picked my many, including me, to go far this season.  I think they have a lot of talent on offense, they're just not putting it all together.  We'll see what the change of defensive coordinator does.  I have the Eagles finishing 11-5.  In preseason I picked them to play in the NFC Championship, but lose to the 49ers.  I'm not ready to give up on the Eagles but I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants were in their slot against the 49ers.  Either way, I still like San Fran to win the Super Bowl.

Here's a look at the rest of their division:

Giants (11-5)

Dallas (10-6)
Washington (5-11)
